BREATHWORK & MOVEMENT WORKSHOP
In this workshop Coach Lisa Fulton will teach participants how to reacquainted with their spine and nervous system while strengthening their immune system using the power of breath along with tension/relaxation techniques and energy stimulating movements.
Community Run Club
Get ready to hit the ground running with our monthly Run Strong event, powered by Rise Reign and Generation Strong! Lace up your sneakers and join our supportive community for a fun-filled run. Whether you're a seasoned pro or new to running, all levels are welcome. Starting at 6PM and looping back to Generation Strong, we'll end the evening with refreshments and good vibes!
RUNNER SAFETY WORKSHOP
Generation Strong member Arthur Karas will be teaching participants to learn to detect, defuse, and defend against common attacks. In the Personal Protection Strategies course, students learn characteristics of violent offenders, including the methods they use to select their victims.
RUNNING INJURY PREVENTION + DRY NEEDLING
Join us for a 3-4 mile group run followed by an educational chat with physical therapists Dr. Mike Pavlak and Dr. Tim Pavlak of Physio Orthopedics Performance. Meet at 5:45pm - we’ll take off for the run at 6PM!
